
Day 2: Vegies
The good thing about being Asian is that we could cook a good meal with just vegetables in it and some flavoring.
So during lunch I cooked a Asian WOOK. For the program, you can eat as much vegies as you want. Eigther fresh,raw, cooked and you're allowed of a baked potatoe with butter ;)
But since I made a wook, I added the potatoe on it as part of the ingredients;)
And for my dinner I just satue garlic and onions on butter and add brocolli on it.
This recipe is very comon to me as I love brocolli and when I was living on my own its the easiest and fastest food I could make ;)
